Author: Linda G.Posted: Tuesday, June 29, 2010“I hope that The Hard Rock gets rid of a lot of the employees that Isleta had because that was the rudist bunch of people that I have ever come across. The casino is nice and the rooms are nice but the employees are very rude. The Hard Rock needs to teach some manners to those Indians. They wouldn't last 5 minutes on another job off of the reservation with the attitudes that they have. I am not usually a predjudist person but after dealing with those Indians on several occassions, I have decided not to give them any more of my money. I used to have compassion for the American Indians but that was before I got to know them. They hate white people and it really shows. But they better think twice about it because I don't think that their own are going to be enough to support it. It is the people that do not live on the reservation that support the place and if they don't learn how to treat people then they will be closing the doors on it. We have been there several times but never again will we patronize that place. We visit alot of casinos; a lot. And we have a lot of friends that do also. Friends that trust our opinion and because of our treatment; they also will not be patronizing the Isleta Casinos. We live in Texas; and we go to Las Vegas two or three times a year and several times throughout the year we visit other casinos in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Kansas. And honestly, outside of Las Vegas, NV.; I have had better luck (money-wise) at Isleta but that doesn't make up for their rudeness. So if you want to visit a casino and have fun; I do not reccomend this place; unless you happen to be a native american. ”
