Police investigate incident at Butte casino

Butte-Silver Bow Police are investigating an incident at the Kingpin Lanes Lounge and Casino on South Montana Street.

Police responded to a call from the fire department Monday morning of an attempted burglary and arson at the Kingpin at 1315 South Montana Street, Butte-Silver Bow Captain Doug Conway said.

It appears as if someone intentionally tampered with the natural gas lines inside the building, Conway said. There is no sign of forced entry and they are investigating it as a burglary, he added.
