Union supporters rally for AC dealers contract

Atlantic City--About 3,000 union supporters shouted, "Negotiate!" and threatened to shut down Atlantic City as they rallied in support of a union contract for casino dealers.
Protest organizers said they had a permit with police to rally on the Boardwalk. But Roy Foster, president of the Atlantic-Cape May County AFL-CIO Central Labor Council, told the protesters Saturday that they were instead going down Pacific Avenue, a main drag in the city.
"Let's get ready to rumble!" Foster said before the protesters headed down the street.
