The newest mega-resort casino on the Las Vegas Strip is open. The Palazzo opened its doors on Sunday night to the public.
There were a lot of speculations that the Palazzo and the 40/40 Nightclub inside the hotel would not open in time for the New Years celebrations because of a missing permit. On Friday, Clark County Office of Development Services said that the club would not be able to open because it still had not received a temporary certificate of occupancy.
But Palazzo officials told Eyewitness News on Sunday morning the club now has all its paper work and is ready to host a New Year’s Eve celebration.
